It's no secret rookie Jahlil Okafor has had a tough transition to the NBA, specifically with off-court issues. But basketball veteran Elton Brand is helping smooth out some rough edges.
Brand (who was signed out of retirement by the 76ers) has loaned his Land Rover to Okafor. After multiple incidents and incriminating reports continued to surround the NBA rookie, the 76ers signed Brand. Like Okafor, Brand went to Duke. But he's since enjoyed a 17-year career in the NBA.
