Caitlyn Jenner is now suing Jessica Steindorff, the driver of the Prius involved in last year’s fatal multi-vehicle crash on the Pacific Coast Highway, just weeks after the reality star settled a lawsuit brought by Steindorff against her.
Jenner and her insurance company settled with Steindorff for an undisclosed amount for the damage to the latter’s Prius and injuries she sustained.
Now, Jenner has filed a suit against Steindorff, alleging the Prius driver was partially responsible for the February 2015 crash that resulted in a Lexus driver named Kim Howe being struck from behind by the former Olympian and careening into oncoming traffic, where she was hit by a Hummer and died on the scene. Jenner says in her suit that Steindorff is liable because she waited too long at the green light, partially precipitating the events that transpired behind her with the Lexus and Jenner’s car.
