EGGS

Hair is made up of protein, so make sure you feed consume enough protein. Whether cooked or boiled, eggs are an excellent source of protein.

RED MEAT

A nutrient-rich blood supply nourishes hair glands and roots, making iron an important mineral for hair. A diet rich in red meat or green leafy vegetables (for vegetarians) ensures good health for for hair.

SALMON

Salmon is high in Omega-3 fatty acids which keep your scalp and hair hydrated. Our body cannot produce Omega-3 on its own, therefore it becomes important to consume foods rich in this nutrient.

CARROTS

TOMATOES

Tomatoes have an anti-aging antioxidant, lycopene, which is not only good for skin, but also keeps hair hydrated and shiny. 

GREEN VEGETABLES

Green leafy vegetables are rich in vitamins B, C, and E, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, and omega-3 acids. Their consumption provides an overall nourishment to hair.

YOGHURT

A cup of low-fat yoghurt is rich in calcium and prevents hair fall.
