But former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, who himself benefitted from a stay of execution in the early days of his Old Trafford reign, believes Chelsea would be foolish to get rid of the Special One.
In fact, Ferguson absolutely nailed it with his response, telling the Russian oligarch that he can no longer rely on pulling the trigger as quickly as he has done in the past, and can't dismiss 'one of the best coaches of all time' without good reason.
