A development economist, Bolaji Ogunseye, has stressed the need for those in governance in Nigeria to be more serious with their functions, expressing dismay over reports that the 2016 budget is missing.
“The budget can’t get lost and I don’t think it should get lost.
“There is such a thing as a sense of urgency and I think that if there was ever a time that we are in that kind of situation when the sense of urgency should operate, it is now,” he said.
